We are a full-service accounting and advisory firm. We provide traditional services such as bookkeeping, accounting, financial statements preparation, and tax preparation for businesses at any stage. Additionally, we provide financial advisory, tax planning and advisory, financial analysis, business planning, and more. If you're unsure what you need, book an appointment and we will guide you through a list of questions and pinpoint what you need.

How experienced is your team?

We have a combined 75 plus years of experience with all our partners and team members. Granted each CPA has a unique expertise, whether it be accounting, finance, taxation, and business advisory, not to mention our staff. We got you covered!

What industries do you specialize in?

Our client based is mainly service based such as doctors, lawyers, technology companies, manufacturing, or retail. We also have an extensive experience in not-for-profit.

How do you tailor your services to meet our specific needs?

We know that each client is unique needs. Challenges arise at each stage of a business from start-up to established. Therefore, we customize our services to address your and your business specific needs.

What is your fee structure?

Traditional firms charge hourly rates, however, we do not. We believe in providing value through ongoing relationship. Based on the services you require; we will provide you with three packages to choose from.

We understand that in some cases you may need a one-time project and therefore, we can accommodate a project-based fees.

In general, for ongoing services, you pick a package, and you are billed monthly, similar to a subscription, which make it easier for you to plan and budget.

How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?

We take your data security and confidentiality very seriously. Therefore, we protect your sensitive financial information and maintain confidentiality in accordance with industry standards and regulations. We use a secure client portal to upload financial or tax documents, personal information, etc... we also communicate with you in the secure portal to increase efficiency for all of us.

Do you offer ongoing support and advisory services?

It's one of core values to build an ongoing relationship with our clients; therefore, we provide ongoing support and advisory services such as regular financial reviews, strategic planning sessions, or compliance assistance, depending on what package you choose.

How do you stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and tax laws?

Our firm is commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of evolving accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends.

How can we get started with your services?

First step is to book your appointment for an initial meeting. Once you book the appointment, you will receive a Financial Health Check to complete in addition to the appointment information.

Please complete the financial HealthCheck before your scheduled appointment. Your time is valuable, but so is ours. It's important we establish trust by working through a structured format and expectation at the onset.

During the appointment we will discuss the financial health check and provide you with options on services that would solve your challenges. We will then provide with a quote for the packages available for the services for you to choose from.

Once you choose a package, we will provide you an engagement letter to be signed electronically, the initial invoice to get started and list of items we need to start work.
